現為海泓龍舟總教練，編制課程安排及培訓龍舟教練。
負責選出香港代表隊、各院校龍舟隊的畢業生、現屆隊員並培訓成為海泓龍舟專業教練，確保項目內容的質素， 提供工作機會以及運員動轉型安排。
Currently serving as the Head Coach of Hywind, responsible for curriculum planning, coach training, and the selection and training of Hong Kong national team representatives, university dragon boat team graduates, and current team members. Ensures the quality of program content, provides job opportunities, and oversees athlete transition arrangements.

My main responsibilities include maintaining company operations, talent management, marketing promotion, and capital utilization.
